Board of Directors

Adam is the Co-Owner of Sanders Service Center in Linden, TN. Adam also serves the County as a Commissioner in the 3rd District, and has been on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2008 and is a graduate of Leadership Perry County. This is his first term as Board President.

Phillip is a Family Nurse Practitioner who was recently elected to serve as the CEO of Three Rivers Community Health Group. Phillip is a founding member of the Perry County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has served as our Vice President since 2006 and is a graduate of Leadership Perry County.

Sue is an accomplished artist, published author, and has written several plays that have been performed locally. She serves on the Perry County Arts Commission, and has served on our Board of Directors since 2008 and is a graduate of Leadership Perry County. This is her first term as Board Secretary.

Mayor Jim Azbill, of Linden, TN, has been involved with our Chamber of Commerce since its inception as well, and has served as Board Treasurer since 2006. Mayor Azbill is a hands on leader, and plays an active role in several areas of our County.

Mayor Carroll has served on our Board of Directors and our County as Mayor since 2006. Mayor Carroll is very active in the Community, working to ensure Perry County is well represented to industry, tourists, and much more.

Mayor Robby J. Moore was elected to serve as Lobelville Mayor in 2002, the youngest ever in the State at the time. Since then, he has overseen the building of a new City Hall, and will oversee the building of a community music park in 2011. He also works for the Bank of Lewis County, serving as Senior VP and Branch Manager.

Ms Carroll works as Customer Service Representative at the Tennessee Career Center, and has served on our Board of Directors since 2008. She is also a Member of the Perry County School Board and a graduate of Leadership Perry County.

Jarrod is the Principal Broker & Auctioneer with United Country Richardson Real Estate. He is 5th generation of his family in Perry County and has also served as County Commissioner until this year when he decided not run for re-election to focus on family & business. He has served on our board since 2008 and is a graduate of Leadership Perry County.

Ms. Jessie Ruth is active in several areas of our community, and has a special interest in our Historical Society. She is always at the center of events in our community, and works tirelessly for Perry County. She has served on our Board since 2008.

Hugh, who works full-time for Metro Nashville Public Schools and part-time for the Tennessee Titans, has been integral in several events for our community, and is the formative force for the annual Buffalo River Springfest girl's high school softball tournament and the Music on Main Street summer concert series. He was also instrumental in making Perry County the permanent home for the Tennessee State Final of the national Colgate Country Showdown. He has served on our Board since 2009.

Michael is the Owner of the Commodore Hotel and Café in Linden, TN, as well as the Director of Vision Perry, which is responsible for a number of projects and initiatives, from the Blooming Arts and Summer Jam Arts Festivals to the Digital Factory and CSR program that has achieved statewide recognition. He has served on our Board since 2009.

Ben is the owner of Easling Contracting, LLC. His company is one of the few Licensed General Contractors based out of Linden, TN. Ben has extensive experience in residential and light commercial building. Ben offers help whenever he can in an effort to bring stability to Perry County. He is especially interested in our natural resources and looks forward to serving our community. He was elected in 2010 to our Board.

Genia is the County Director and Extension Agent III for UT Extension/ Perry County. She works in the area of Family and Consumer Sciences, with the 4-H program and loves working for our community. She was also elected to serve on our Board in 2010.

Josh is Senior Loan Officer at the Linden Branch of the Bank of Perry County. 2010 was a year of big changes for Josh, having been elected to serve as Lobelville City Alderman and to serve on our Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Leadership Perry County.

Mitchell is the Agency Manager for the Perry County Branch of Farm Bureau Insurance. He was elected to serve on our Board of Directors in 2010 as well, bringing with him experience from being a Leadership Hardin County and Leadership Perry County Graduate.
